Responsibilities:

The Information Technology Intern will report to the Support Services Assistant Manager.  This internship will allow the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support. Under the guidance of our experienced IT team, you will be able to provide comprehensive desktop support to end-users, addressing both hardware and software concerns.

 

Additionally, the IT Intern will assist in user account management, encompassing tasks like password resets and account creation. Collaboration with team members to refine processes and meticulous documentation of support activities for future reference are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
